How often can I vote?

You can vote for multiple servers. There is no limit. You only have to wait if you are voting for the same server. In that case, the waiting time is 24hours. Meanwhile, you can vote and receive rewards for other servers.
I have not received a reward for voting, who can help me?

The reward you get for voting on a server is up to the server owner. If you have such a problem, don't hesitate to get in touch with the support of the server you voted for.
How can I vote a server?

To be able to vote a server you don't have to register on our toplist. All you have to do is to click the Vote button for the server you want to vote for. If you want to leave a comment then you have to signup.
How does the ranking work?

The servers are listed in descending order by number of votes. This means the more votes a server has, the higher it is listed in the ranking.
How big can a banner be and can it be animated?

It can be animated and max. size is: 468x190. Only .jpg, .png and .gif formats are supported.
When does the ranking of the toplist get resetted?

The ranking of the toplist is always reset on the first day of the month.
What do you do against servers that use bots to get fake votes?

We have taken security precautions, such as Captcha system, a custom VPN and proxy checker, which checks every vote. For us, fairness comes first. In case of any suspicion, report or claim (DMCA included) you have the possibility to contact us via Discord or email at [email protected]
What are the requirements to advertise a server here?

The only requirement to advertise your server on Metin2PServer is that it must support the Italian language, and at least one of your staff members should speak Italian fluently.
I can't see some images on the website, what can I do?

All images are handled externally. The server owner must make sure that the hosting Content Security Policy (CSP) allows images to be displayed on our website. If CSP is not set at all, Firefox will block the image.
How does the Pingback URL work?

All server administrators should set a Pingback URL for Vote4Reward systems. Our server will send a simple GET request passing as value "ingameName" to the URL you have set. This way you can reward your players for voting. You should not use Cloudflare Captcha or other WAFs that block our requests.
How does the Backlink work?

From your account Dashboard you have a snippet code that you can put on your website. This way you can show your players that you are listed on Metin2PServer. The backlink is not mandatory, but will grant you free votes everyday. You should not use Cloudflare Captcha or other WAFs that block our requests.
How do premium slots work?

Premium slots, like the name suggests, are paid slots that will make your server appear on the top of the list. Price is very cheap and you can buy them on Discord or via email at [email protected]
